- 1 3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes

- preheat oven to 190c 170c fan forced line a large baking tray with baking paper
- cut ciabatta into 5mm thick slices place in a single layer on prepared tray
- place oil garlic chilli and herbs in a bowl whisk to combine season with salt and pepper brush each side of bread with oil mixture bake for 10 minutes turn bread over bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes or until golden and crisp serve
