- preheat oven to 180u00b0c 160u00b0c fanforced grease a 6cm deep 8cm x 17cm base loaf pan line base and sides with baking paper allowing a 2cm overhang at long ends
- combine milk and 1 2 cup oats in a large bowl set aside for 30 minutes to soak
