- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

- 1 2kg butterflied leg of lamb
- 300g green beans halved diagonally
- 400g can four bean mix drained rinsed
- 250g cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 2 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
- 1 2 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- heat a barbecue grill with hood over medium high heat combine honey mustard rosemary and 1 tablespoon oil in a large shallow glass or ceramic dish season with salt and pepper add lamb turn to coat
- place lamb on grill skin side down close hood cook for 8 to 10 minutes turn cook with hood closed a further 8 to 10 minutes for medium or until cooked to your liking transfer to a baking tray cover loosely with foil stand for 10 minutes to rest
- meanwhile cook green beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until bright green and just tender drain refresh under cold water drain well transfer to a serving bowl add four bean mix tomato parsley red onion vinegar and remaining oil season toss to combine
