The ingredient of Lamb With Lemon Feta And Olives
- 6 chat new potatoes halved
- 1 1 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 lean lamb loin steaks about 600g
- 1 red onion cut into 5mm thick slices
- 1 lemon juiced
- 12 black olives pitted if desired
- 60g greek feta crumbled
- 1 2 bunch rocket 40g loose washed and dried
- 3 sprigs fresh oregano to serve
The Instruction of lamb with lemon feta and olives
- cook the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water for 5 10 minutes or until just tender
- meanwhile heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium to high heat and cook the lamb steaks for 2 3 minutes on 1 side
- add onion to pan with lamb turn the lamb and cook for 2 3 minutes longer for medium stirring onion occasionally or until cooked to your liking
- add lemon juice and olives to pan and sprinkle steaks with feta remove from heat and stand in a warm place for 5 minutes to rest
